What to include
You will get a faster answer if your first email has:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout, if it is different from the one you are writing from
- A photo, if something arrived damaged, is missing, or is not what you ordered
If you do not have your order number to hand, your tracking number or the email address you ordered with is usually enough for us to find you.
