When I saw Rihanna's perfect cover, I knew I had to recreate it. First I sketched in the thin brows using the 1440 Longwear Eyeliner in Liquorice, which I also used to create the dramatic winged liner look. Complete the look with a red lip using the Lip Masque in Bella.
