"I have used a lot of eyeliners before, but there is none that compares to the 1440 Eyeliner by Wonderskin. I really assumed that if it's budge-proof then it would be difficult to apply but much to my surprise, it was so smooth and creamy. I also applied it as a lipliner, and it went on great!"
