Payments

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Elo cards. You can also choose to pay using the Klarna payment methods, or with Paypal.

  • What is Klarna?

    Klarna is a payment service that allows you to make an order instantly and pay for it in interest-free installments.

Shipping

  • Where can orders be shipped?

    Wonderskin Europe currently ships within the United Kingdom, and EU counties. We apologise, unfortunately we are currently unable to accept orders for delivery to international addresses.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12pm will begin processing on the same day. 

    Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or an observed holiday will be processed and shipped the next business day

    Most standard orders are delivered within 2-7 business days from the order ship date. Delivery to the EU might take longer.

  • What are shipping costs?

    For UK addresses

    Standard Shipping is £3.99 for all orders under £50. If the total cost of your order is over £50 you will receive FREE Standard Shipping. This will be automatically applied to your order in your shopping bag.

    For EU addresses

    There is a flat shipping fee of £5.00 for all orders.

Returns and Exchanges

  • What is your returns policy?

    We’re happy to offer a refund for an unwanted item returned to us within 30 days of receipt. You will be refunded for the amount of your return, less shipping and handling. To qualify for a full refund of purchased product(s), your return must include any gifts with purchase.

     

    To process your return, please contact us on hey@wonderskin.com to generate your Returns Authorisation Code (RAC), and then send the products you would like to return with a copy of your RAC and order ID to:

  • Do you accept exchanges?

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hey@wonderskin.com.

    We strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt with your tracking number/barcode number. We’re only responsible for your parcel once it has been received at our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  • Do policies apply to products purchased through Wonderskin Retailer Partners?

    Wonderskin values its relationship with its retailers and strives to create policies that are mutually beneficial; therefore, all items purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies.
