  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Elo cards. You can also choose to pay using the QuadPay payment methods, or with Paypal.

  • What is Quadpay?

    Quadpay is a payment service that allows you to make an order instantly and pay for it in 4 interest-free installments every 2 weeks.

Shipping

  • Where can orders be shipped?

    Wonderskin Europe Ltd currently ships to the United Kingdom, Europe, UAE, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman only. To place an order in the USA, please visit our USA website:www.wonderskin.com

  • How long does shipping take?

    UK Standard Delivery is £3.99 and FREE for orders over £40

    UK Express (next working day) is £5.99


    Orders placed on Monday through Friday with standard delivery will be processed and shipped the same day, if received by 12:00

    Orders placed on weekends or an observed holiday will be processed and shipped the next business day.

    Most standard orders within the UK are delivered within 2-4 business days from the order ship date.

    EU orders are sent by Royal Mail and usually take 5-10 business days.

    Custom Charges:

    Import duties and taxes may be levied once your order reaches your country. Charges and customs holding times may vary depending on the value of the package and the final destination address. We try our best to keep charges as low as possible, however we are unable to control or predict the final charges. If  import duties and taxes are incurred, the courier will contact you for more information ahead of delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

  • What is your returns policy?

    We’re happy to offer a refund for an unwanted item returned to us within 30 days of receipt. You will be refunded for the amount of your return, less shipping and handling. To qualify for a full refund of purchased product(s), your return must include any gifts with purchase.

  • Do you accept exchanges?

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hey@wonderskin.com.

    We strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt with your tracking number/barcode number. We’re only responsible for your parcel once it has been received at our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  • Do policies apply to products purchased through Wonderskin Retailer Partners?

    Wonderskin values its relationship with its retailers and strives to create policies that are mutually beneficial; therefore, all items purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies.
